How do I submit my photo?
Once you place your order, our team will reach out to you via email to inquire for any images and/or information regarding your custom painting piece. We will reach out to you within a 24 hour period Mon-Fri. If you do not hear from us, please call or email us (our contact info is on our website in the footer section) 
 
Why is the video extra cost and is it required?
The instructional video is extra cost as it will be custom created just for your unique piece by our artist. The video will then be edited, and uploaded online to send to you. It is not required, as we understand some people are okay doing away with the video and simply painting on their own. We want to give you the choice and pricing tiers to fit your budget. 
 
Will submitted ideas or artwork be used by your company for other customers or events?
No, your submitted ideas or artowrk are yours to keep. If we do see an idea that we like, our management team would reach out to you first to ask for explicit consent to reuse the material, but never without asking first. 
 
How do I ensure the work is not copyrighted?
We can't use copyright material as this could put all of us in some hot water to due laws and protections of that work. You can send us material that isn't yours for inspiration, but we cannot explicitly copy it. However our artist is able to take inspiration and create their own piece for you. If you are submitting something you'd like us to copy almost exactly, then it you'll need to provide us consent that to your knowledge the work, idea, or photo is 100% yours.
